ERV Lesson 12: Come and visit - responsibly!

Good afternoon, people!

About yesterday's lesson, you should read/watch at least one of the following:

Your Websearch of the day is:

  • 'Environmental ambassadors? Global changemakers? Social entrepreneurs? Read the website and find out more!'

Bonus points (well, not really, but...) if you comment on Rodrigo's (thank you!), Mariane's, Felipe's or Amanda's contributions to our blog! Even more if you write a comment or a post of your own.

Oh, and, Vilela, I'm waiting for uploads of some English-lessons-inspired works of yours... ;-) It'd be a really original way to comment on the texts/videos, don't you think so? Seriously!

  2. I think the ambassador programs are indeed good for young. I have already seen about it when I felt the need to bring more projects to the students in my city (Santa Rita). I believe projects like this give more perspective to young people, they can see that they can do the difference even in their community. And in that case, would be one more opportunity for them see more sense in learning English.
I have also seen that they can apply through facebook, which is a nice way to broaden the publicizing.

  3. Hi everybody.I found your proposal really interesting, teacher, and I'm sorry for not answering to it before. I'll try to work on something related to the issues we discuss in our lessons.Let's see what we can get.

  4. Hello,
Today I was reading more about Ecotourism, I was curious to learn more about it because I knew too little. I have visited a website called ecotourism.org and there I found an interesting article about 'Accessible Ecotourism', for people with some disabilities, and I really enjoyed to know that people in our country are engaged to help these people do tourism, mainly ECO. In some places they also can practice adventure sports such as rafting in safety.
    Wonderful ;)
    Bye.
